Ap charge once,and then place Anti Air craft near the base.Then place Spike Bunker near the base,Then AP recharge.Then place Iron Iso near the base.While waiting for any of the unit to be placed again,use Flying Tara and Flying Ufo and Metal Slug attack to slow down the Hermit.Once first 3 unit avaible,keep on placing them near the base while having the flying unit cover them.Time is essential. Hard

Wait for the AP to be more than 240+ then start using Gunner Unit and from there just use Gunner Unit.As the Gunner Unit march on,scount for any Flying Enemy nearby and if there is any use the Gunner Unit special attack where their special will scatter bullet around the screen and hit the Flying enemy.Time and keen on situational factor is essential here. Normal
