Part of the Rugname's defense system in the final mission of Metal Slug 3
Standard attack: Releases a single ring that travels upwards before descending and moving forwards. Can hit air units on the way up. Long startup.
Special attack: Releases two rings that move forward. Targets opposing units to some degree. If a unit is directly in front of Ring Laser Mecha, the rings will travel at an awkward, unfavorable upward angle. Long startup. Slightly more horizontal range than the standard attack. Each ring does slightly less damage than the single ring of the standard attack.
Unlocked in the shop (together with Mars Mecha) after completing World 2, and costs 100 medals.
